Our Condo

The condo is a 1700 square foot unit.  It is available as a three bedroom rental.  It has a 400 square foot balcony overlooking both the Sea of Cortez and the Esmeralda swimming pool.  The condo is located on the 8th floor in Building A and is a mere 100 yards from the elevator to the ocean.  The sunsets from this location are spectacular.

The Condo comes with a well equipped Kitchen.  All cooking utensils, pots, pans, coffee maker, toaster, silverware and dishes are provided.  Just bring your own food (remember the little things: ketchup, mustard, jelly).  There is a refrigerator, dishwasher, stove with oven, microwave, a full sized washing machine and dryer.  Internet access is also available.

In the Living Room you will find a 50 inch LCD TV with surround sound.

The first Master Bedroom has a king size bed, access to the balcony, large bathroom with a walk-in shower and a Jacuzzi tub.  There is also a TV. 

The second Master Bedroom has a king size bed, access to the balcony, bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a TV with a DVD player.

The third bedroom has a queen size bed with a TV.  There is also access to the third bathroom that has a walk-in shower.
